Pat Schilling – President and Technical Director
Pat directs application development services. Pat has broad experience with software companies and information systems departments facilitating the transition into event-driven software design, and creating proof-of-concept prototypes. Pat’s experience includes on-site performance tuning as a consultant for Progress Software Corporation. With a background in application development management, Pat is recognized as an expert with the Progress development environment.
Jim Fitzpatrick – VP, Product Architect for SOS
As the application architect for Schedule Optimizing Software (SOS) Jim is responsible for product definition and direction and plays a key role in product sales.
A pioneer in applying optimization technology to workforce scheduling, Jim provides in-depth knowledge of all aspects of workforce scheduling including extensive experience interpreting union rules as they effect manpower allocation. Beginning as a programmer with Texas Instruments, Jim has experience in software systems analysis, design, and coding. Jim completed service as a pilot with the US Air Force.
Jeff Ledbetter – Product Architect for Roundtable
As application architect for the Roundtable family of products, Jeff has responsibility for product definition, direction, and development. In addition to his active role in the implementation of product changes, Jeff also manages Roundtable customer support and assists in marketing and sales. Mr. Ledbetter is a member of the Progress community since 1995 and has IT experience fulfilling the roles of Software Engineer, Analyst, and Network Administrator.
Terry Schilling – Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Terry handles marketing, directs sales, manages inside sales and office operations. Terry began his sales career in 1990 with responsibility for the sale and support of a UNIX-based 3D modeling and animation application. He is formerly an executive and founder at Ridgeline Systems, a Hewlett-Packard Series 9000 authorized VAR. Terry has in-depth experience with computer automation and management and is a recognized technical expert in the field of computers in architecture (CAD). He has conducted workshops, published articles in professional magazines, and is a co-author of “Intelligent Drawings,” McGraw-Hill Book Co. Terry holds an MBA from Cal Berkeley.
